Sizing Information
Chest Circumference
Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides. Wrap the measuring tape around your torso, positioning it under your arms and across the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight.
Waist
Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Stand straight again and wrap the measuring tape around this point, usually just above your belly button. Keep one finger between your body and the tape for a comfortable fit.
Hip
With your feet together, wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. This point is typically about 17.5 to 20 cm below your waistline. Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight.
Inseam (Stride Length)
For measuring long pants, run the tape measure from the inside of your leg, starting at the crotch, down to about 2.5 cm below the ankle. Stand straight while measuring to get an accurate length.
