A guided ballet barre with a makeshift "barre", chair or counter top. Or without a barre for a challenge!!! Absolute beginner classes for those who want to learn ballet, without anyone watching! Kids classes for kids that need to move and parents that need a break!

Take this opportunity to get your child involved with something they will love now. In our classes children are given lots of space to express themselves with movement. Working with challenging exercises, while introducing the children to basic positions in a manner that is fun for all involved.
This 1-hour class introduces children to rhythm and music from the ages 6+.
In the music lessons we learn about music through getting to know and play various instruments. We experience the music using our bodies, our voices and other props. We get an essence of what music is for every single one of us and how we can express ourselves through music.

Our art staff inspire the children to unleash their creative sides and to design colorful works of art. We want the children to be happy with what they create and to become comfortable with expressing themselves. Each Wednesday afternoon we turn the BAC into an art studio and open our doors to young artists.
