The BAC Artist Circle is our way of making this possible:<\/p>\n Membership costs CHF 25 per year and is reserved for professional dance artists whose current primary source of income is from their artistic work as a dancer or choreographer (dance teachers are not eligible). No. While many of our members are local, we have many dancers and choreographers coming from Zurich, Bern, Lucerne, and even cities in Germany and France too! Visiting professionals are welcome to apply.\nCan I take classes without joining the Artist Circle?<\/strong>
Yes. All classes remain open to the public at the standard rate. The Artist Circle simply provides a reduced professional rate.\nHow long does approval take?<\/strong>
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Most approvals are confirmed within a few days.\nDo I need to reapply every year?<\/strong>
No. Membership automatically renews annually; you may cancel with 30 days’ notice.\nWhy is there an annual membership fee?<\/strong>
The Artist Circle currently receives no external funding. The CHF 25 annual fee helps us maintain the program and keep the Artist Circle rate at CHF 18 per class. It’s a modest contribution that sustains this initiative for the artists who genuinely benefit from it.\nCan I take classes in Studio 2?<\/strong>
Your Artist Circle membership is valid only for classes that take place in Studio 1.
